RM ‘LOST!’ Song Lyrics :
[Intro: RM]
Love
How you get in love like, oh?
How you get love?
Take it for the love like, oh
How’d you get lost?
Take it from the love like us
How’d you get lost?
Take full of love like us
It was you (Oh)
It was you (Oh)
It was you (Oh)
It was you (Oh)
[Chorus: RM]
I’m goddamn lost
I never been to club before
I hit the club
I never felt so free before
You’re goddamn ghost
I never felt so fine before
I hit the cloud
[Verse 1: RM]
Hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up
Damn now, thank you, don’t worry
정신차려보니 어느새 난 텅 빈 거리
시간은 쏜살 열네살 걘 벌써 thirty
And I look up in the sky I see silver cloud
Yo hurry
[Refrain: RM]
Dump it on the ground
Pick it up, throw it in the trunk
Dump it on the ground
Pick it up, throw it in the trunk
Dump it on the ground
Pick it up, throw it in the trunk
Dump it on the ground
Pick it up, now let’s go dumb
[Pre-Chorus: RM]
Ay, ay, ay, ay (Dump it on the ground, sh!t)
Ay, ay, ay, ay (Dump it on the ground, sh!t)
I keep tripping, I can’t stop bleeding
I got lost in the ground, but not begging at you
[Chorus: RM]
I’m goddamn lost
I never been to club before
I hit the club
I never felt so free before
You’re goddamn ghost
I never felt so fine before
I hit the cloud
[Post-Chorus: RM]
I got temptation
I got temptation (Ah)
[Verse 2: RM]
Every morning, every night
I always feelin’ lifeless
And in the morning I feel love
I hug it in excitement
Every morning, every night
I always feeling sickness
When I feel lonely as f**k
I still got lifeless
I’ll never love when I’m low
It’d gonna lightless, uh
[Chorus: RM]
I’m goddamn lost
I never been to club before
I hit the club
I never felt so free before
You’re goddamn ghost
I never felt so fine before
I hit the cloud
I never felt so free before
[Outro: RM]
I got temptation
I got temptation (Ah)
I got temptation
I got temptation (Ah)
I got temptation
I got temptation (Ah)
I got temptation
I got temptation (Ah)
I got them

About RM :
Born on September 12, 1994, Kim Nam-joon (Korean: 김남준), formerly known as Rap Monster, is a South Korean rapper, composer, and record producer. He serves as the group’s leader in South Korea.
In 2015, RM dropped his debut solo mixtape, RM. Two years later, in 2018, he dropped his second mixtape, Mono. The latter, which peaked at number 26 on the Billboard 200, became the highest-charting album by a Korean soloist in American history. With the release of his studio album Indigo in 2022—which included collaborations with Anderson Paak and Erykah Badu—RM made his formal solo debut.
The record became the highest-charting album by a Korean soloist ever when it peaked at number three on the Billboard 200.Additionally, he has worked on projects with Wale, Younha, Warren G, Gaeko, Krizz Kaliko, MFBTY, Fall Out Boy, Primary, and Lil Nas X, among other artists.
Kim Nam-joon was raised in Ilsan District, Goyang, after his family relocated there when he was four or five years old. He was born on September 12, 1994, in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak District, Seoul, South Korea. He is a member of the Gangneung Kim clan and has a younger sister. When RM was younger, he and his mother watched the American sitcom Friends, which is essentially where RM learnt English.
He actively wrote poetry while in school, and he frequently won prizes for it. For about a year, he submitted his poetry to an internet platform where he garnered a moderate amount of attention. RM thus indicated interest in pursuing a literary career but ultimately made the decision to forgo it. He spent four months studying in New Zealand when he was twelve years old.
When RM heard “Fly” by Epik High in the fifth grade at the age of eleven, he developed an interest in hip-hop music. Upon realizing that the music had given him solace, he made the decision to research the genre more. RM’s interest in lyricism was initially piqued by his school instructor, who introduced him to the music of American rapper Eminem.
The lyrics he thought were “cool” would be printed out and shared with pals. At that point, RM started writing songs, claiming that when he mixed his poetry with music, it created lyrics. He started rapping in local amateur hip-hop circles as a first-year middle school student in 2007. He recorded his first original song using Adobe Audition (formerly known as Cool Edit) and went on to perform at his first show the following year in 2008.
When RM was a student, he had an IQ of 148 and placed in the top 1% of the country for language, arithmetic, foreign language, and social studies on university entrance exams. RM first made the decision to put music on hold in order to concentrate on his education because his parents had been adamantly against his desire in a musical career because of his academic accomplishments.
After a while, he persuaded his mother to let him pursue his dream of becoming a rapper by posing the question, “Did she want a son who was a first-place rapper, or a 5,000th-place student?”
After earning a degree in Broadcasting and Entertainment from Global Cyber University, RM enrolled in Hanyang Cyber University’s Master of Business Administration program in Advertising and Media in March 2019.
RM chose the moniker “Rap Monster” while he was an idol trainee. The moniker comes from a song he wrote that was influenced by “Rap Genius” by San E. There was a line in the lyrics when San E says he “raps non-stop” and should be referred to as a “rap monster”. He thought it “cool” to take on the stage moniker. RM has admitted to having a love-hate connection with the moniker since he doesn’t think it was chosen because it has “incredible value” in his opinion.
In November 2017, he officially changed his stage name to “RM” after deciding that “Rap Monster” no longer accurately reflected him or the music he produced.
RM and Samuel Seo passed the first phase of the 2009 Big Deal Records audition process, however RM failed the second round due to lyrical forgetfulness. Rapper Sleepy, however, sent producer Pdogg of Big Hit Entertainment his contact information from the contact information he had exchanged with RM after the audition. In 2010,
Sleepy reached out to RM, urging him to try out for Bang Si-hyuk, the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment. When Bang offered RM, who was sixteen at the time, a position at the record label, he accepted it right away and without telling his parents. Bang and Pdogg quickly started to develop the hip-hop ensemble that would later be known as BTS, the idol group.
RM had training for three years with dancer Jung Ho-seok and fellow rapper Min Yoon-gi, who would go on to become Suga and J-Hope, respectively. In 2010 and 2011, RM made appearances on five BTS-credited pre-debut tracks throughout this three-year trainee period.[Reference required] As a lyricist, he was also involved in the creation of the pro-LGBTQ hit song “Party (XXO)” for the girl group Glam,
which Billboard called “one of the most forward-thinking songs out of a K-pop girl group in the past decade.” Since making his BTS debut on June 13, 2013, RM has produced and penned lyrics for numerous songs on their albums. RM debuted the opening song for BTS’s debut extended play (EP), O!RUL8,2?, on August 29, 2013.
About Nancy Boy :
The fourth single from Placebo’s debut album of the same name was released on January 20, 1997, on Hut Records. The song is titled “Nancy Boy.” Placebo is a British alternative rock band. The single cut is a re-recorded version that is distinctly different from the album version, just as their debut single “Come Home”.
Themes like drug use, sex, gender confusion, and bisexuality are included in “Nancy Boy”. A month after the song’s release, “Nancy Boy” became their breakout hit, landing at number four in the UK Singles Chart. After “Nancy Boy” was released, Placebo re-entered the UK Albums Chart at number five in February, where it remained for thirteen weeks, after debuting at number forty on the chart.
In 1994, Placebo was founded upon the meeting of Stefan Olsdal and Brian Molko at the South Kensington subway station. Seeing that Olsdal had a guitar on his back, Molko extended an invitation to Olsdal to come see him play at a nearby pub. Molko’s performance was so good Olsdal felt they should create a band.
Together, they founded the lo-fi duet Ashtray Heart, who primarily used toy instruments for their music. They considered hiring Steve Hewitt as their drummer, but he was already playing for the London band Breed. Then they hired Robert Schultzberg to be their drummer. Schultzberg had been friends with Olsdal from their time as band members at Sigtuna, Sweden’s boarding school.
They sang “Nancy Boy” on the TV show Unsigned in the City on October 23, 1995. In 1996, they made their debut with the single “Come Home” on Deceptive Records, and Hut Records signed them. Their debut album was subsequently recorded and published on June 17, 1996.
Just before their first TV show in August 1996, Molko determined that Schultzberg’s departure would be best for the band following a disagreement. However, the band agreed to Schultzberg’s suggestion to continue playing together until the promotion of Placebo, their debut album, was completed. In September 1996, Schultzberg eventually quit from the band.
Olsdal let Schultzberg know that he would not be playing on the tour in Germany that followed the US tour before they took the stage for their first performance in the state of New York. Following the US tour, Schultzberg performed with the band two more times in Paris, the last one being at Nulle Part Aillleurs. “Weary of being the focus of Robert’s rages against the world,” according to Molko, was his statement. That same year, Hewitt became a full-time drummer with Placebo.
The main themes of “Nancy Boy” include sex, drugs, and bisexuality. The statement “Sonically, we tried to capture a kind of drug-induced sexual rush” is attributed to Molko from 1997. As Molko put it, “I guess it’s saying you can be ugly and be an amazing lay; it doesn’t really matter.” The line “Eyeholes in a paper bag/greatest lay I ever had” refers to the unattractive character in the song who is trying to achieve some form of beauty.
In the song, Molko questions why people choose to sleep with other persons of the same sex, a critique of those who believe it is “fashionable to be gay” that is also present. Being bisexual seems to be quite stylish these days, much like heroin is.
From their debut album Placebo, “Nancy Boy” was released in the UK on January 20, 1997 by Hut/Elevator Music. After being released, the song quickly rose to number four in the UK Singles Chart, becoming an unexpected hit. On January 31, 1997, the band was scheduled to play the song on Top of the Pops. The group played “Nancy Boy” and “Teenage Angst” on Jools Holland on May 18, 1997.
Placebo debuted on the UK Albums Chart at number forty, but after “Nancy Boy” became popular, the album re-entered the charts in February at number five and went gold in May.
Howard Greenhalgh’s “Nancy Boy” music video was released on January 25. The band can be seen playing the song in the music video in a brightly colored setting with flashing lights. The band members’ images are warped. Throughout, drummer Steve Hewitt’s visage is rendered blurry due to his ongoing contractual obligations to a different band on a separate label.
The faces of Molko and Olsdal are combined in some scenes of the video. Other cutaway scenes contain a variety of odd objects. The video shows a man’s head and shoulders glued to a table with spikes sticking out of it repeatedly. In other scenes, a strange-looking woman applies a defibrillator to a man who is lying on a bed.
