About HanuMan Movie :

On January 12, 2024, Hanu-Man was released on Sankranti day. Prashanth Varma’s director, screenplay, acting of the cast, portrayal of Lord Hanuman, background music, visual effects, production design, and action scenes were all praised by critics. For a Telugu movie, the movie shattered multiple records at the box office.

With almost ₹330 crore (US$41 million) in revenue, the movie is the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2024, the second-highest-grossing Indian film of the same year, and the eighth-highest-grossing Telugu film globally. A follow-up is currently being developed.

A kid Michael, in Saurashtra in 1998, has a superhero obsession. He attempts to jump off his home’s terrace while hanging out with his friend Siri, but he hurts himself. Michael is later shown observing his parents’ deaths from an inside fire at their house.

Thanks to Siri’s inventions, Michael is now a well-known superhero in Mumbai. He calls himself “Mega Man” and sustains injuries stopping a break-in. He longs to have an ability that would enable him to be a true, powerful superhero in spite of his wounds.

Gajapathi, the polygar, is an agonizing tyrant over Anjanadri. A small thief in Anjanadri named Hanumanthu harbors strong feelings for Meenakshi, who consistently resists Gajapathi’s despotism. As a result, the dictator accuses Meenakshi of being a fake bandit.

After escaping the ambush and saving Meenakshi, Hanumanthu sustains serious injuries and plummets into the ocean. He finds an unusual shining diamond while submerged. Meenakshi, meantime, is desperate to find out who has been helping her since she was a young child—her savior.

After suffering severe injuries and being found comatose, Hanumanthu unexpectedly recovers thanks to the gem, shocking both his best friend Kasi and older sister Anjamma. Along with learning that he possesses superhuman power, he also learns that the gem needs sunshine to function.

Meenakshi approaches Gajapathi in the meantime, and he issues a challenge to a wrestling match. Meenakshi is represented by Hanumanthu, who vanquishes him when a ray of sunlight strikes the jewel and him. Meenakshi is impressed when he suggests holding democratic elections to choose the new leader. At this point, Anjanadri is reached by Michael and Siri.

It is stated that Michael was interested in learning the source of Hanumanthu’s talents after watching a social media video regarding his recent superpower acquisition.

In the meantime, Hanumanthu accepts responsibility for the household and plans Anjamma’s wedding after realizing how much she loves him without conditions. In an attempt to compel Hanumanthu to divulge the source of his talents, Siri kidnaps him.

When Hanumanthu breaks free and takes out all the thugs, Michael watches the interrogation from a distance and realizes the potential of the stone. Later, Meenakshi learns of Hanumanthu’s abilities, and they both admit their affections for one another. In addition, he cures Gajapathi, urges him to run in the next elections, and cautions him against Meenakshi.

In an attempt to learn more about Michael, Hanumanthu steals into his caravan. Michael, in the meantime, makes the decision to destroy Anjanadri in order to get the jewel. Michael confesses that he killed his parents when he was a child by burning them on fire and imprisoning them inside their house when Siri refuses to cooperate.

When Siri makes a threat to tell Michael’s true story, he slaps him, giving him an asthma attack, and then abandons him to perish in a fire. When Michael learns of Hanumanthu’s existence, he orders his troops to attack him, but an old sage who is posing as Hanumanthu repels them all.

Michael claims that Hanumanthu stole his money and an ancestral jewel on Anjamma’s wedding day. Hanumanthu restores the gem at Anjamma’s request, but it’s a magnifying glass that causes damage to Michael’s eye and reveals his true nature. Michael orders his goons to assassinate Hanumanthu when he tells the people about the jewel,

but Anjamma defends her brother and is shot in the process, killing her. Hanumanthu throws the gem away, distraught that it couldn’t save Anjamma from the overcast weather, and cries as he cremates her. Meanwhile, Michael uses drones to drop poisonous smoke onto the village, freezing every resident.

When the old sage arrives, he introduces himself as Vibhishana. According to Vibhishana, Hanumanthu was selected by Lord Hanuman himself to receive the diamond, which contains a drop of his blood, giving him the same abilities as Hanuman.

Regaining his motivation, Hanumanthu chooses to pursue Michael. Gajapathi and his soldiers join him, as does Siri, whom he had saved from the flames. They fight Michael and his troops, but in the process they become immobile. When Hanumanthu remembers Anjamma pleading with him to keep Anjanadri safe, he breaks free from his immobility.

After Hanumanthu receives the jewel from a monkey, he overcomes Michael. In addition, he eliminates the drones and releases the paralyzed people. But Michael manages to get.
