About Pawan Singh :

Born on January 5, 1986, Pawan Singh, sometimes referred to as Powerstar, is an Indian politician, playback singer, actor, songwriter, and stage performer. His contributions to the Bhojpuri film industry are well-known. He started his musical career playing harmonium in concerts while working backstage. He performed as a playback vocalist in the Bollywood film Stree 2. Two International Bhojpuri Film Awards have been given to him. Singh is known for movies like Pratigya (2008), Satya (2017), Crack Fighter (2019), Raja (2019), Sher Singh (2019), Mera Bharat Mahaan (2022), Har Har Gange (2023), and others. His admirers refer to him as Powerstar.

Singh declined to run for office in the Asansol Lok Sabha constituency, despite the BJP announcing him as the party’s candidate for the 2024 Indian General Election. Afterwards He then made the decision to run as an Independent from the Karakat Lok Sabha constituency. In this election, Raja Ram Singh Kushwaha defeated him by a margin of more than one lakh votes.

Childhood and schooling

On January 5, 1986, Pawan Singh was born in Jokahri village, which is close to Arrah, Bihar. His uncle, Shri Ajit Singh, taught him to sing. He finished his education in Arrah’s H.N.K. (+2) School. He began singing at a young age, and because of his exceptional singing, his followers now refer to him as the Power Star of the Bhojpuri Industry.

Career in music

Singh began performing on stage and singing while he was young. Singh has contributed vocals to hit CDs in the Bhojpuri language. Odhaniya Wali, his debut album, was published in 1997. He debuted as an actor in the movie Rangli Chunariya Tohre Naam in 2004. In the 2007 movie Rangli Chunariya Tohre Naam, he starred in his first major role.

Singh became well-known in the industry thanks to the song “Lollipop Lagelu,” which was featured on his 2008 album. Saniya Mirza Cut Nathuniya, a single from Singh’s second album, Don’t Touch My Body, was a huge smash that same year.He debuted in Bollywood in 2020 with the song Kamariya Hila Rahi Hai, which included Lauren Gottlieb, an American actress and dancer.

Babuni Tere Rang Me, a Holi song with Tridha Choudhury, was his second Bollywood single. Current, which featured Payal Dev, came next. Individual life

Several prominent figures from the Bhojpuri industry, as well as family, friends, and relatives, attended Singh’s 2014 intimate wedding to Neelam Singh. However, Neelam took her own life at their house on March 8, 2015, shortly after they were married.[8] Only family members and a few close associates were present during Pawan’s 2018 secret wedding to Jyoti Singh in Ballia. In 2022, he filed for divorce from Jyoti, although it hasn’t been finalized yet.
