About Mayakkam Enna (2011) Movie :

Known to his pals as “Genius,” Karthik Swaminathan is an introverted freelance photographer who hopes to follow in Madhesh Krishnasamy’s footsteps and specialize in wildlife photography. Following the passing of their parents, he and his sister receive assistance from their friends Sunder Ramesh, Shankar, Padmini, and Vindhya.

One day, Sunder tells Karthik and his pals that Yamini is his girlfriend. Although Karthik and Yamini have a tense first encounter, they gradually become closer. Karthik attempts to avoid Yamini because he doesn’t want to hurt his friend’s feelings, but a series of things happen that make them more intimate. Finally, Karthik and Yamini’s marriage is arranged by Sunder’s father.

Following their nuptials, Karthik finds out that Madhesh won a national award using a picture he took. Following this episode, he develops into a physically violent alcoholic, his mental health starts to deteriorate, and people begin to question his sanity. Yamini believes in him and wishes him luck in the future.

When Karthik’s housemates humiliate him in front of Yamini a few days later, she becomes irate and defensive and stands by her husband. Karthik starts smashing the TV after seeing Madhesh receive an award for his picture, and in a fit of rage, he unintentionally pushes Yamini.

Yamini ends up miscarrying as a result. After leaving the hospital a few days later, Yamini never speaks to Karthik again. Karthik adjusts his habits and comes to terms with reality as a result. At last, he catches a break and turns into a professional wildlife photographer. He even wins an International Photography Award after one of his shots is nominated.

Karthik expresses his love for Yamini and thanks everyone for their support on this special day. He also praises Yamini for her belief in him. At last, Yamini gives in and converses with Karthik. As the movie comes to a conclusion, Karthik then thanks Madhesh.

About G.V. Prakash Kumar :

Indian musician, playback singer, producer, and actor G. V. Prakash Kumar is well-known for his roles in Telugu and Tamil motion pictures.In the early 2010s, he became well-known in Tamil cinema after starring in S Pictures’ Veyil (2006), his debut feature. With Darling, he made his acting debut in 2015. During his film career, he has received three Filmfare Awards and one National Award.
